We aim to design and meet customer needs, and in addition work to User Requirement Specifications (URS).

We consider the customers initial concept and requirements and produce either a Complete Design or a Functional Design Specifications.

Our machines and equipments are built to comply to EU Machinery Directive.

    

Retrofitting and Refurbishing used plant and machinery can be a cost effective way to improve productivity and quality. We have experience of Retrofitting and Refurbishing such machines and plant of limited value to a condition of nearly new machines with a high percentage of the efficiency and the same safety of a new machine.

Previous projects undertaken were a 30-year bag/machine of little value and low production to a machine that would achieve 75% efficiency of a new machine at less than 30% of the cost.

We have experience in automating machines and manufacturing lines to improve efficiency of production and quality of product. We work closely with our customers to improve productivity and quality through the application of practical solutions that are balanced between efficiency and cost.




Machines and equipment imported from outside the EU have to comply with the EU Machinery Directive. We analyse the machines and equipment and carry out the necessary upgrade for the machines and equipment to comply with the EU machinery Directive.
